Six Months

Amazing as it is, six months have passed since this journal was started, and almost as long as my last post. With ever growing frequency your parents tell you how fast time goes by, but you never really understand this perspective when you are young. As is often the case with great parents, they are once again correct.

The whole birth came on with a little disbelief, even with Angela growing by the minute as the days passed up to Adam's arrival. We were clearly unprepared with all the parental necessities like a great camera and of course a camcorder. We have never been big picture people, but after experincing all that we have seen and been a part of with Adam, it became clear that there could be no better medium, or more needed one that we could purchase to bring these moments with us into the future.

Adam has truly become a wonderful and happy baby. I almost am waiting for the day when this stops and we try hard to make sure that this never changes. He is a livewire and is just at the beginning stages of finding himself a personality. It is delight to watch him as he tries new personas day by day trying to find the one that will ultimately take root as he grows.
